Kudos to those staff people for making it feel like HOME. BUT it is easy to overlook some of those smaller errors when you feel that those who are working are honestly giving it their best and are willing to engage and communicate with you like you're their dear friend, not another number. Was the hotel wonderfully under control when it was jam-packed with conventioners? No. We misplaced our claim number and instead of being irritated as we were holding up the line, he was patient and calm. Finally, Stefan, who was working to deal with all the luggage that was being held was fantastically patient and easily to work with.
